Although the number of elves has seriously declined over the past hundred years or so, the elves are still somewhat strict about the laws they decide to keep. The dark elves tend to bend the rules a good bit more than many races.
Your normal laws apply, save for a few added stipulations:
- Keep to your caste; unless someone higher calls upon you, don't bother them.
- Keep interaction with other races to a minimum. Relations are allowed, but not encouraged.
- Those of the moon elf race are not permitted within the city walls.
