Located on the other side of the mountain that Obesequium dwells in. Furthest North of all of the cities.
Description
The easiest way to describe this place is to take New York City, minus a couple million, clean it up, and there you go. The park, of course though, is not in the center of the city, but actually is the furthest eastern bounds and makes up a huge portion of that particular sector. The eastern and north eastern parts of the city are affected by the mountain terrain it is purchased on is terraced so that the city is seated on increasing tiers of dug out, flattened land. The city has all of the modern day technology you'd come to expect here and now.
