Location:
At the base of a low mountain.
Description:
As a city of demons, it is logically one of the rowdiest to attend. There is a single entrance which leads underneath the mountain. There is no gate or visible guard to the city, but getting in is not the problem: getting out is. The city is basically one long road that spirals down different tiers.. The further you go in, the more powerful, rich, and influential the demon is. The first couple of tiers are full of stone houses that seems to be in a constant state of disrepair and crumbling. Down further, though, the houses begin to be made of metals and precious stones carved out of the earth. At the very bottom of the city is an actual "Gateway to Hell" or so it is rumored.
Outside of the city is a river that comes down one side of the mountain, loops back, and rushes past the entrance to the city. The river's real name has been forgotten, replaced instead by the sarcastic nickname "Styx". You must actually pay a ferry to go across the river to get into the city because swimming is highly dis-advised. Any accidents that occur because of someone's need to save a few pennies are in no way the city's responsibility.
